DV Labs Public Diligence Center

Evidence first. Sensitive detail by purpose.

Clients, strategic partners and investors can review the public operating model, proof, reusable systems and trust boundaries before requesting deeper material. Protected diligence is then scoped to the decision being evaluated.

This page is an information and diligence-routing surface. It is not an offer to sell securities, a promise of investment return or a substitute for transaction-specific legal, financial or technical review.
PUBLIC PACKET

What you can inspect before a call.

The public packet separates evidence from aspiration so a buyer or investor can understand what exists, what is reusable and what still requires market-specific proof.

PROTECTED MATERIAL

Deeper review is purpose-gated.

Not every diligence request needs source code, contract evidence or detailed economics. The protected set is narrowed to what is material to the decision and what DV is authorized to disclose.

Detailed technical architecture
Private operating logic / internal methods
Market-specific economics and assumptions
Selected contracts or commercial evidence where authorized
Code or implementation review where appropriate
NewCo ownership / rights structure for a specific transaction
Customer or pipeline evidence subject to confidentiality
Security / integration detail beyond the public trust overview
DILIGENCE FLOW
01

Public review

Start with the public packet so the first conversation can focus on real questions rather than repeating website context.

02

Fit + authority

Confirm who is reviewing, what decision they can make and which client, partnership or investment path is actually being evaluated.

03

Confidentiality gate

When deeper material is justified, use explicit confidentiality / use restrictions rather than treating webpage access as assent.

04

Scoped diligence

Share only the architecture, economics, contracts, code or evidence needed for the stated decision.

05

Decision + next action

Move to a pilot, commercial scope, strategic partnership, NewCo diligence path or a clear pass.

DILIGENCE FAQ

Questions worth answering before the commitment.

What exactly is retained by DV Labs?
The public model keeps generalized engines, schemas, methods, operating primitives and reusable infrastructure at DV Labs unless a specific transaction explicitly assigns something different.
What is new capital intended to fund?
The NewCo model concentrates new capital on what cannot simply be reused: market access, customer acquisition, industry integrations, strategic hiring, regulated execution, logistics, inventory or physical expansion when the evidence supports it.
Does this website create an NDA or investment relationship?
No. Public viewing or form submission does not create an NDA, transfer IP, constitute an offer of securities or establish an investment relationship. Protected diligence and any transaction use separate explicit documentation.
What is available before protected diligence?
The public packet includes the operating model, proof library, Software Genome, Launchpad maturity states, NewCo thesis, pricing context and Trust Center. Deeper architecture, economics, code or confidential evidence is purpose-gated.
How is a NewCo selected?
The thesis is selected around a specific market, an evidence path, the strategic advantage of the capital partner and a bounded 30/60/90-day proof plan rather than simply choosing the most ambitious idea.
REQUEST REVIEW

Tell DV what decision you are evaluating.

A useful diligence request names the organization, role, decision type and the exact evidence needed. That lets DV route the request without over-sharing private machinery.

Submitting this form does not itself create an NDA or grant a license. Any protected disclosure, transaction or investment process uses separate explicit documentation.
