Access boundaries
Private Nexus and moderator functions use authenticated server paths and role checks. Public pages are kept separate from client and operator workspaces.
This page summarizes the operating boundaries DV Labs uses across public intake, client work, payment evidence, confidential material and human approval. It is designed to make diligence easier without overstating certifications or guarantees.
Private Nexus and moderator functions use authenticated server paths and role checks. Public pages are kept separate from client and operator workspaces.
Public forms collect only the information needed to route the request. Client and project data is handled inside the relevant workspace and service configuration.
A button click or checkout redirect is not treated as payment. Payment state becomes authoritative only from verified Stripe evidence.
Automation can prepare, classify and recommend. Consequential scope, payment, rights and launch decisions retain an explicit human approval path.
Public materials explain capabilities without granting a license to private machinery. Confidential or proprietary detail is shared through an explicit scoped process.
DV separates live client work, public demos, products, prototypes, research and internal infrastructure rather than presenting every artifact as equally mature.
DV Labs does not use this page to claim a security certification, regulatory approval or audit that has not actually been completed.
Viewing a public page does not create an NDA, transfer intellectual property or authorize use of private implementation details.
Individual client, regulated-industry or investor transactions can require additional terms, security review, privacy documentation or counsel.
