WEBSITE TERMS

These are baseline website terms, not a substitute for a signed client, partner, confidentiality or investment agreement. Transaction-specific documents control where they apply.
No automatic project agreement
Submitting a form, booking a call, receiving a proposal or viewing public material does not by itself authorize work or create a final project scope. Project obligations are governed by the specific accepted scope, proposal, order, statement of work or other agreement.
No securities offer
References to investors, NewCo creation, capital or future investment interest are informational and diligence-oriented. The public website is not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities or a promise of return.
Intellectual property
DV Labs can retain generalized engines, schemas, methods, reusable components and operating know-how while a client or venture receives the project-specific rights defined in its agreement. Public viewing does not grant a license to private implementation details.
Confidentiality
Public material is not automatically confidential. Protected technical, commercial or transaction information is shared only through an explicit diligence or contractual process when appropriate.
Third-party services
Some experiences link to or rely on third-party services such as payment, hosting, authentication or communication providers. Their own terms can apply to those services.
Availability and changes
DV Labs can change, pause or retire public features, prototypes, prices, availability or descriptions. A public prototype or research object should not be treated as a production commitment unless it is included in an accepted scope.
