Do I need to buy the biggest system first?
No. DV Labs is designed around the smallest complete layer that can solve the current problem and create useful evidence. Larger systems should follow proven need rather than pre-empt it.
When is a deposit treated as paid?
A checkout click or payment-page redirect is not authoritative. DV treats payment state as confirmed only after verified payment evidence is received through the payment system.
Who owns the software?
Ownership depends on the accepted scope. DV can retain generalized engines, schemas, methods and reusable components while the client receives the project-specific rights and deliverables defined in the agreement.
What happens if the scope changes?
Material changes should be surfaced explicitly rather than silently absorbed. The updated work, price, dependencies and acceptance path should be confirmed before consequential implementation continues.
Can DV work with our existing systems?
Often yes, but integrations are evaluated individually. The useful question is which systems must remain authoritative, what access is available, and what evidence is needed to verify the handoff.
